When it comes to getting fresh, healthy produce to families, you become an integral link in the food chain when you drive for CFL. It’s a quiet role and often unsung, but we know the extra effort it takes to get it right, and we do everything we can to make the driving experience with CFL a pleasant and fulfilling one.
Our next-generation Kenworth and Volvo truck interiors transform the way drivers work and live on the road. Our drivers work efficiently, work smart, and when they need to rest, they do it in style and comfort.
Our fleet consists of 300 2-axle trailers and 150 late-model tractors. With an average fleet age of under 2.5 years, our Kenworth and Volvo trucks feature state of the art technologies to keep the wheels rolling. We are dedicated to highway safety and conduct rigorous preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns or refrigeration failures.
We make every effort to put our drivers in lanes that get them close to home on a regular basis.
Our top-line drivers earn up to $70,000 per year and drive an average 2800 miles/week. We also offer 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision benefits (after 60 days), several bonus programs, PTO, STO, and a 401K savings plan.
Explore the beautiful western region of the US as we follow the harvest from Nogales to the Central Valley of California.
